COVID-19 RESPONSE MANAGEMENT PLAN - updated 6th April 2020

We are now delivering light bulbs and essential light fittings. Please note these must be for replacement of existing failed light bulbs and fittings, not for lighting upgrades. Managed installation services will not be available at this time. We recommend, that if you have a fault or a failed fitting, you contact your nearest electrical contractor.

All supplies will be contactless and will be delivered by Fastway Couriers.

Whilst we are at Alert Level 4, we are effectively closed.

During this time you are welcome to place orders online, however, no orders will be despatched until we return to Alert Level 3 or below.

You are welcome to email us and/or leave phone messages. These will be checked on a regular basis and queries responded to.

Please keep yourself and your families safe during these times. Make use of these times to reconnect with those that we may have forgotten during our busy lives. See this an opportunity to restore our natural instincts of love and care for one another and an opportunity to step off the treadmill of modern life.

During these unprecedented times we need to consider how we manage our business to ensure the ongoing health and wellbeing of our staff and customers.

As a Direct Sales & Installation business our daily activity is predominantly face to face with our customers, either in a group setting (homeshows, malls etc) or face to face with our customers in their homes. 

With the cancellation of upcoming homeshows and to safeguard both our customers and staff, we have made the decision to suspend our direct sales activities until further notice. We will continue to fulfill online orders as well as providing email and phone support.

Installations for current customers will be subject to each of our electrical contractors COVID-19 management plans.

In addition, with the majority of our products coming from our manufacturing partner in China, we are also experiencing some disruption to the supply of some products. 

At this time, we all need to focus on the health and wellbeing of ourselves, staff, family, friends and the community around us. As a business we will do what we can to service our customers, but as with the majority of small businesses in New Zealand we are having to take each day as it comes and manage our businesses accordingly.
